Delivery Policies

Local Deliveries

We Use a 2 man delivery Team for local deliveries. They will be able to take the Bed/Mattress to your room of choice.

Deliveries to areas outside mainland England and Wales

If you require delivery to other parts of the United Kingdom, please contact us by E-mail stating your required destination and we will advise the additional cost.

Available days for delivery

Normal delivery days are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Delivery vehicles

Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tons with a height of 14’3”. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height or parking restrictions, as well as difficult access points and un-adopted roads or paths in order to help us deliver your order.

Timescale

Delivery timescale varies according to the stock held at our warehouse and suppliers lead-times. We are normally able to dispatch your order within one to two weeks. Should this not be possible we will advise you by E-mail or telephone.

Dispatch

When your order is ready for dispatch we will advise you accordingly. The goods are delivered by a national logistics company who will contact you to arrange final delivery details.

FOXI SUPER PLUS

We post Foxi Super Plus via royal mail. We cannot advise a delivery day for these orders. If you are out whilst they deliver you can collect from the post office, details of which are on the card they leave.

Some items will be delivered direct by the product manufacturer. They will advise delivery details by phone or E-mail.

Tracking

It may be possible to track delivery of your item. When we have dispatched your order we will E-mail you and advise tracking details together with appropriate bale number.

Delivery to your front door (non local deliveries)

Your order will be delivered to your front door. Delivery personnel are not permitted to take the product inside your property nor unpack the goods or dispose of unwanted items. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods appear undamaged before signing for them. Please unpack the item at the earliest opportunity and retain the packaging until you are satisfied the goods are undamaged.

Vacuum packed mattresses

Relaxsan mattresses are vacuum packed to reduce them to a minimum size for convenient and inexpensive transportation. Once you have removed the external packaging great care should be taken when cutting open the polythene wrapping in order to avoid damaging the mattress upholstery. Once removed from the packaging the mattress will quickly revert to its normal shape and size ready for use. We reserve the right to alter these details at any time.
